reasons I love my history prof
(referring to Dr. Childs, teacher of 20th Century World)
- he's a good speaker - that class is rarely boring;
- when I emailed him about the chatty, disruptive kids, he handled it;
- he marks our assignments and midterms himself and returns them promptly;
- he's a generous marker; I wasn't sure how I well I'd performed, but managed to get a 78.5% on my midterm (class average: 69%). That's 15.7 out of 20 towards my final mark (and close to my target mark of 80%!);
- today's lecture was all about World War II - I'm loving this subject area these days - fascinating...!
