you never believed me when I told you that I was so young only yesterday These guys were roaming around near the beach at Playa del Carmen where froo and I stopped for lunch. I'm glad they didn't stop at our table, though, 'cause it gets tedious having to tip every Mexican who thinks he's doing you a favour. Okay, okay, it was froo doing the tipping (starving student, remember?), but you know what I mean.



When she pans over our food it reminds me of a terrible story she told me about the last time she was in Cancun. After ordering soup and being a delivered a bowl of liquid, froo took a hearty bite of what turned out to be hot sauce. Poor mouth-on-fire froo!
